Celebrating achievements in Australia’s growing fintech industry, Honey was proud to receive the Excellence in InsurTech Award for 2023.
“This year’s winners list confirms a trend that emerged last year. We can firmly say that the industry has hit a level of maturity where there’s achievement across the board,” said FinTech Australia General Manager Rehan D’Almeida.
“With that in mind, we want to congratulate the winners and finalists on what is a sought-after award. Over 100 judges sorted through 300 high calibre entities, from over 250 companies to find these winners.”
As Honey continues to drive change in the insurance industry, being recognised by such a prestigious award just shy of its second birthday was a timely reminder of the importance of the work Honey is doing to push innovation forward in the insurance industry.
Honey has been recognised for excellence in insurance innovation over the past 12 months through a number of awards, including Finder’s 2023 Award for Best Home Insurance - Comprehensive, The AFR Most Innovative List and WeMoney’s Home Insurance Innovation of 2023 Award. Additionally, Honey was named #3 in the InsureTech Connect Forward 50 report which highlights exciting early-stage insurtechs making waves across the APAC region.
